Serving in a variety of different settings for over 30 years, Theresa is passionate about helping people. She currently focuses on working with adults, adolescents, and young people, helping them to live the life they deserve.
Through asking questions, listening, validating experiences and sharing knowledge when necessary, Theresa helps you understand your experiences, feelings, and behaviors. She can assist you in exploring difficult emotions and experiences, and working on unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
Offering an individualized and unique session experience, Theresa’s approach to therapy is integrative, using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and PCT (Person Centered Therapy). Her aim is to support you in gaining insight and clarity, and developing your self awareness to become calmer and happier in life.
Additionally, Theresa enjoys creating Bible studies and mentoring women. She is passionate about knowing people well in the midst of their pain and walking alongside them as they better understand their story in light of God’s redemptive story.
