Char believes your past does not have to define or control you! She learned this truth in her own life after years of hiding from herself and who she really was.

Through her relationship with Jesus and her own personal therapy, she was able to break the facades and walls she created to protect herself. Now, she now sees herself as someone unconditionally loved and accepted by God, and one who can allow herself to be loved and accepted by others!

Hence, Char believes though everyone has painful experiences causing them to hide and be stuck, we all have the capability to heal and grow. Sometimes you just need a little help!

As an experienced therapist, she prioritizes meeting and accepting you, just as you are, without judgment. Char can help you discover whatever is holding you back, so you can experience new healing and growth.
